MCG Talent have partnered with a communications firm based in Dubai, who are looking to hire a Social Associate Director to join their growing digital team.
The successful candidate must have experience in a hands on social media role for an established agency in the region.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the day-to-day client contact and lead for our social media clients, responsible for keeping client campaigns on schedule, effectively drawing from relevant teams and resources to deliver best-in-class social media strategy, execution and advisory
Produce insight-driven, organic and paid social media strategies for their clients
Execute paid social strategies, and brief creative team on the right multi-media formats to be produced (imagery, video, infographics, motion graphics) to achieve campaign objectives
Work with the broader digital team to ensure all social campaigns are aligned with other digital channels, and the overall marketing objectives
Work with the integrated comms team to ensure that the social media strategy, objectives and execution are aligned to the wider strategic / corporate comms goals
Ensure all content produced complies with the client\xe2\x80\x99s brand guidelines and aligns with the overarching narrative and messaging
Assist in developing long-term client plans and recommendations, generating suggestions, and creating presentations
Mentor / manage social media & integrated comms junior consultants

Build a professional network
Participate in new business development for the group and collaborate among practice areas around the firm to support new business pitches
Requirements:
5-7+ years\' experience in running social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat and TikTok
Up to date on the latest trends in social media
Ability to create and execute an overall social media strategy, present this to a client and lead on execution
Proven ability to improve campaign performance through campaign optimization
Experience in writing, briefing and creating social media content through monthly calendars and managing companies\' social pages
Strong analytics skills \xe2\x80\x93 monitoring, analyzing and reporting and use it to report on campaigns success internally and to client teams
Social media community management experience
Experiencing working with and managing corporate and government clients a plus
Knowledge of listening, publishing and reporting tools such Hootsuite, Social Bakers, etc. a benefit
