About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive SOC Team Lead to help us build and launch our new SOC-as-a-Service offering. This role will be responsible for assembling a lean, effective security operations team and validating our business case as we grow. You'll shape the team's structure, define key processes, and work hands-on to ensure we deliver top-notch security services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creation and setup of our SOC team from the ground up. Define team roles and responsibilities, and recruit initial team members. Develop and validate operational processes, including monitoring, incident response, and client communication. Ensure the SOC meets high standards of service and aligns with client needs.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a SOC or cybersecurity leadership role. Strong background in incident response, threat detection, and team management. Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a startup-like environment.
