Sales Manager - Drive Growth, Find Clients, and Expand Market Reach
Job Summary:
We're seeking an
experienced and motivated Sales Manager
to drive revenue growth and lead our real estate sales team.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies. Build strong relationships with clients and brokers. Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). 1-5 years of real estate sales experience, including 2+ in management. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading teams. Strong broker network preferred. Languages: German, Russian, Persian, French, Turkish, Spanish, or Hindi.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 per month
