About the Role:
As a
Real Estate Sales Manager
, you will play a key role in leading and shaping our sales team, driving performance, and expanding our presence in the luxury and mid-market property sectors. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of real estate agents and sales consultants.
Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring continuous growth and profitability.
Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and drive property sales.
Cultivate strong relationships with investors, clients, developers, and internal teams.
Analyze local and international market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management, offering insights and recommendations.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of real estate sales experience
, with at least
2 years in a managerial or leadership role
.
In-depth knowledge of
Abu Dhabi's real estate market
, regulatory environment, and buyer behaviors.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to exceed targets.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
UAE Driving License is preferred.
