Senior Design Engineer : \xc2\xa7 Carry out Design of Oilfield Products as per International Codes and Standards. \xc2\xa7 Carry out Design of Offshore Containers as per DNV 2.7-1 Standard. \xc2\xa7 Carry our Steel Structure analysis using STAAD.Pro Software. \xc2\xa7 Design of Storage Tanks, Piping, Pressure vessels as per International Codes and Standards. \xc2\xa7 Selection of Valves, Pumps,Generators,Engine etc. suitable for the Packaging jobs. \xc2\xa7 Prepare Engineering Drawings using Auto CAD Software. \xc2\xa7 Prepare 3D Modelling of Oil field Equipment using Inventor or Solid Works Software. \xc2\xa7 Conduct preliminary Design of Oilfield Products and provide estimation support to Proposal department. \xc2\xa7 Prepare BOM and arrange for the Procurement of Materials and Equipment. \xc2\xa7 Conduct Site Inspection/Client visit to obtain Design input for Product Design. \xc2\xa7 Attend Client meeting to gather design inputs, and for subsequent design of the Products. \xc2\xa7 Coordinate with Client/Project team to finalize the Design/GA Drawing of the Products. \xc2\xa7 Selection of Material for Skid Packages and Oil field Products complying to Client Specification. \xc2\xa7 Design optimization for New and Existing Products of the Company and provide cost savings. \xc2\xa7 Analyze current engineering methods used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve. \xc2\xa7 Assist other Department Engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions. \xc2\xa7 Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges. Requirements: \xc2\xa7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical Engineering \xc2\xa7 A minimum of 5-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the Design of Oil field Equipment \xc2\xa7 Minimum of 3 to 5 years GCC Experience. \xc2\xa7 Extensive knowledge in the Design of Oil field equipment like Process skids, Pump Skids, Batch Mixer, Cement Pumping Unit, Storage Tanks, DNV Containers, Cement Silos, Well Test Separators, Burner Booms etc. \xc2\xa7 Proficient in Auto CAD, Inventor/SolidWorks, STAAD.Pro, MS Office \xc2\xa7 Basic Knowledge in PV Elite, Caesar II, ANSYS is preferred. \xc2\xa7 Knowledge of International Construction Codes and Standards (ASME, API) \xc2\xa7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \xc2\xa7 Accurate and strong attention to detail. \xc2\xa7 Excellent Negotiation skill. \xc2\xa7 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
