The SME Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new business accounts and selling banking products, including:

  • SME Loans
  • Corporate Loans
  • Business Loans
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, identify, and onboard new SME & corporate clients.
  • Achieve sales targets for banking products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
  • Conduct field visits to meet potential customers.
  • Provide financial solutions tailored to SME needs.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Eligibility & Requirements: * Experience:
  • 1-2 years in retail/SME banking sales (experience in UAE or home country accepted).
  • Background in selling loans or financial products preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated.
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a field sales role.
  • Licensing & Location:
  • UAE driving license preferred (field sales role requires travel).
  • Must be based in the UAE (local candidates preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of UAE's SME banking sector.
  • Existing network of business clients is a plus.
