Position Overview
The Smart 3D Developer - Dicetek Abu Dhabi will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized modules of Intergraph Smart 3D to support engineering and design activities. The role requires expertise in Smart 3D APIs, database structures, .NET development, and SQL, with additional value placed on oil and gas industry knowledge.

Core Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain custom modules within Intergraph Smart 3D
• Utilize Smart 3D APIs and database knowledge to create tailored solutions
• Develop applications using .NET frameworks (C# or VB.NET) to support customization needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
• Optimize software performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including debugging and bug resolution
• Work within defined project scope without involvement in catalog support or clash management activities

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
• Proven experience in .NET development using C# or VB.NET
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and data manipulation
• In-depth knowledge of Intergraph Smart 3D, including APIs and database structure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

• Solid understanding of oil and gas industry operations and challenges (upstream and downstream)
• Familiarity with additional industry-related software tools used in engineering and design
