Alshaya\'s Central Production Facility (CPF) in Kuwait currently employs more than 150 people and manufactures food products for brands such as Starbucks. Now is an exciting time to join CPF as they embark on plan to improve, innovate and build additional revenue streams.

Role Profile:

To work as a member of the Production Team. To organize his / her work in order not to disturb or slow down the production line. To make sure that the food is prepared and produced at the right quality, the right quantity and the right time.

Key Performance Area:

Work as part of the production team, preparing, cooking, and dispatching food on a daily basis, ensuring consistency of presentation, production quantities, and portion control as per standardized menus and/or recipes.

Set up all front production food areas ensuring the chain unit is ready to work * Use the production equipment as per the Standard Operating Procedures

• Ensure that the finished products are correctly labeled
• Ensure that no Expiry products are used in the production cycle
• Ensure that Product traceability is maintained by identifying which batch is used in which production
• Undertake cleaning duties including general cleaning of equipment and production area

Skills & Knowledge:

• Understanding of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
• Current holder of food hygiene qualification and certificate
• Expertise in relevant Food Production areas (Kitchen, Bakery or Pastry)
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Food Quality Standards
• Good clear communication skills.

Experience:

3 to 5 years experience within a specific skill set. (Kitchen, Bakery or Pastry)
