We're Hiring: Site Surveyor (Civil / Steel Structures)

About the Role:

911 Building Contracting is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Surveyor to support our ongoing civil and steel structure erection projects. The ideal candidate will bring solid field experience, technical expertise in modern surveying tools, and a clear understanding of construction drawings and UAE site regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field surveys using Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and related equipment.

- Accurately interpret structural and civil drawings for on-site implementation.

- Execute layout marking and alignment for steel structure erection and civil works.

- Prepare and maintain measurement records and site layout drawings.

- Ensure precise leveling, grading, and alignment on-site.

- Coordinate closely with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors for accurate referencing.

- Validate all measurements prior to construction and report discrepancies.

- Maintain equipment calibration and handle instruments with care.

- Assist with preparation of as-built drawings and maintain site documentation.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC as a Land/Site Surveyor.

- Proficient in Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, AutoCAD, and surveying software.

- Knowledge of UAE authority standards (DM, Trakhees, etc.) is an advantage.

- Experience in steel structure erection is highly preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- Good communication in English (Arabic, Hindi/Urdu is a plus).

- Valid UAE Driving License is required.

- Immediate joiners will be given priority.
