Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate
steel structure fabrication and installation
in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
Ensure site execution complies with
UAE Civil Defense, ADM, and G+3 building regulations
.
Oversee daily site activities, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with design, production, and QA/QC teams to ensure alignment between drawings and fabrication.
Verify material quantities, manage subcontractors, and review method statements.
Conduct inspections, prepare daily progress reports, and support project documentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
3-6 years of experience
in civil/steel structure projects, preferably within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of
steel fabrication, erection, and finishing processes
.
Familiar with
UAE G+3 regulations
, ADM/DM standards, and authority approval procedures.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, MS Office, and project coordination tools
.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
UAE driving license
is an advantage.
Salary:
Competitive, based on experience + benefits as per UAE Labor Law.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
