Job Description
Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location:
DubaiSeeking candidates with expertise in managing an Interior Fit out site possibly with a Retail Hypermarket/Restaurant chain. He shall be responsible for end-to end site supervision of all aspects of the project including HVAC, MEP, General Masonry works.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily site supervision, coordination with subcontractors, and progress monitoring to meet project milestones.
Oversee all HVAC installation, commissioning, and MEP coordination, ensuring full compliance
with UAE codes.Implement rigorous quality control processes to maintain the highest standards.
Enforce strict health and safety protocols on site.
Act as the primary site contact for clients, consultants, and project managers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10+ years of fit-out experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to hands-on HVAC supervision.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, UAE building codes, and MEP coordination.
Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
UAE Driving license
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
