Site Supervisor - Fit-Out
to oversee on-site works, coordinate with teams, and ensure high-quality project delivery within set timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily on-site activities for interior fit-out works.
Ensure works are carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet project milestones.
Conduct inspections to ensure proper finishing and quality of workmanship.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
Maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and snag lists.
Identify and address on-site issues promptly to prevent delays.
Monitor material deliveries, storage, and usage on-site.
Requirements
Diploma/technical certification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in fit-out supervision.
Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority regulations.
Preferred Skills
Experience with joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
Multi-lingual skills (English, Hindi/Urdu) are an advantage.
