We are actively seeking an experienced and dedicated
Site Supervisor
to expertly manage our projects across the UAE.
Key Requirements:
Proven, hands-on experience as a Site Supervisor, specializing in
high-quality interior fit-out projects
(commercial, residential, or retail).
Must hold a valid
UAE Driver's License
--essential for site travel.
Strong practical knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, construction procedures, and quality control standards.
Ability to efficiently manage schedules, manpower, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure strict adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
Uphold and enforce all site
Health & Safety
regulations.
Conduct daily progress checks, coordinate material flow, and ensure quality installation of all fit-out elements.
Serve as the main point of contact on-site, effectively liaising with the Project Manager, sub-contractors, and client representatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
