Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision (buildings/infrastructure/Landscaping preferred).
Strong understanding of construction drawings, methods, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage site independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily site activities and labor force.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Manage material deliveries and resource allocation on-site.
Identify and resolve site issues in coordination with project managers.
