We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Site Engineer (Fresher)
with a
Diploma in Civil Engineering
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of site execution, measurements, and project coordination and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day site supervision and monitoring of construction activities.
Support the senior engineers in project planning and execution.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Maintain site records, measurements, and daily progress reports.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other team members for smooth site operations.
Report project progress and issues to the project engineer or manager.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering - Mandatory
(Freshers or up to 1 year of experience).
Basic understanding of construction drawings and measurements.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work on-site and learn new technical skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
