The Site Supervisor (Fit-Out) is responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring interior fit-out projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and according to design specifications and quality standards. This role requires coordination between subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the project team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all on-site activities for fit-out and finishing works.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to ensure design intent is achieved.
Plan and schedule daily work, manpower, materials, and equipment.
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Inspect and verify site work, including carpentry, partitioning, ceiling, painting, flooring, and MEP integration.
Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority regulations.
Manage subcontractors and ensure safety and quality compliance.
Prepare daily and weekly site reports, including progress updates and site issues.
Identify and resolve technical or construction issues at the site.
Ensure all workers follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized site.
Assist in quantity take-offs, material requests, and resource planning.
Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors as needed.
