About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor - Civil Fitout

to oversee and manage the execution of a fitout project from start to finish. The role requires hands-on supervision, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising experience in Fit-Out interior works*
Knowledge of drawings and implementation to site.*
Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.*
Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.*
Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.*
Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.*
Handling site accidents by established accident protocol.*
Maintaining an accurate record of employee attendance.*
Evaluating the performance of employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.*
Analysing blueprints to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.*
Ensure the timely availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment on-site.*
Manage material deliveries, stock, and proper handling on-site*
Must have a working knowledge of MEP, Civil, Architectural and Interior.*
Recommending changes to operations or procedures to increase efficiency.*
Report project progress, challenges, and technical issues to project management team and other relevant parties.*

Requirements

Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor Working knowledge of construction tools and equipments Proven ability to manage and deliver

projects end-to-end

. Sound knowledge of UAE fitout regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict timelines. Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations in constructions UAE Driving License (Company will provide Car + Fuel + Salik) Company will provide accommodation
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
