Job Description
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, coordinating with clients and consultants, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Supervise and monitor daily site activities as per the project schedule
Ensure all work complies with
TAQA/ADDC regulations, drawings, and specifications
Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and labor workforce Ensure safe working conditions and implement company HSE policies Inspect site work quality and ensure proper execution of cable laying and excavation Verify materials, tools, and equipment availability before work starts Communicate with project engineers, consultants, and client representatives Resolve site issues promptly and effectively Prepare daily progress reports and submit to Project Engineer/Manager Coordinate site inspections and testing with ADDC/Consultant Maintain proper documentation, including permits, site photos, and work recordsJob Type: Full-time
