Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a Civil Engineering background and strong knowledge of joinery and interior fit-out works to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring project quality, safety, and timely delivery according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

?Supervise and coordinate all on-site fit-out and joinery works for commercial, residential, and retail projects.

?Interpret and implement project drawings, designs, and technical details accurately.

?Manage and monitor subcontractors, labor, and site resources to ensure productivity and quality standards.

?Ensure all works comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and approved timelines.

?Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.

?Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for smooth site execution.

?Oversee installation of joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and finishing works.

?Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

?Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

?Minimum 2-5 years of experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects within the UAE.

?Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery works, and finishing details.

?Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.

?Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing site teams.

?Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.

?Valid UAE driving license (Mandatory).
