Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled

Mechanical Engineer

with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team in a

fast-paced, environment

. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, and site coordination, with the ability to lead field teams and support complex projects. The ideal candidate will take ownership of mechanical planning and implementation, ensuring site-level execution aligns with company standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage mechanical work at project sites, including HVAC and infrastructure systems related to Bitcoin mining or data center operations. Supervise and support site teams (including electricians, plumbers, and technicians), acting as the technical lead above Site Incharges. Review and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, and specifications. Coordinate with procurement, operations, and project teams for timely material delivery and site readiness. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend improvements or solutions. Maintain documentation of project progress, site reports, and technical logs. Support the setup and optimization of cooling systems for mining hardware and high-performance machines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in fast-paced or tech-based environments (Bitcoin/Data Center/Industrial). Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical layouts, and site coordination. Experience handling teams or supervising technicians is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Willing to work in high-demand environments with quick turnaround expectations. A valid UAE driving license is required for this role.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
