We are currently seeking a

Mechanical Site Engineer (Supervisor)

with a minimum of

10 years of experience

in mechanical works within the

oil & gas sector

, particularly in

plant and station projects

. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the supervision and execution of

piping systems

, tanks, pumps, filters, and other mechanical equipment related to processing facilities. A solid ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is essential. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and

MS Office

is preferred, along with strong coordination skills to work effectively with engineering teams and contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers to join a professional team working on large-scale, technically demanding energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily site mechanical activities related to piping, equipment installation, rotating and static machinery, and mechanical systems. Lead and coordinate the workforce, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, HSE policies, and client requirements. Review drawings, plans, and technical documents to provide guidance to the site team. Monitor material usage, manpower productivity, and work schedules. Conduct inspections and ensure quality control of all mechanical works. Report progress, issues, and risks to project management in a timely manner. Act as a multi-disciplinary supervisor where required, coordinating with civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
Requirements

Minimum 10 years of relevant mechanical supervisory experience in Oil & Gas projects. Strong background in piping, equipment erection, and commissioning works. Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and solve site challenges effectively. Good communication and reporting skills in English. Strong knowledge of safety standards and industry practices.
