Mechanical Site Supervisor
Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Mechanical Site Supervisor to
oversee and manage mechanical works on-site. The ideal candidate should have a
minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems installation,
supervision, and coordination in commercial construction or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all mechanical site activities such as plumbing,
mechanical equipment, mechanical installations in commercial construction
projects
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth
project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor daily progress and prepare activity reports.
Guide and mentor technicians and site workers.
Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills
15+ years of experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor in commercial
construction projects
Extensive experience with piping, mechanical systems, installation methods, and
safety standards.
Big bonus: Experience in HDPE piping
Must have well-rounded and general MEP knowledge.
Ability to lead teams and manage site activities independently.
Managed teams of 40-50+
Excellent communication and reporting skills. We require very smart and
proactive candidates
Must be available Immediately
Bonus: knowledge of ADDC/DEWA rules and regulations
