Site Supervisor - Mechanical

Position Overview:

As an Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of Chilled water piping projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of construction and maintenance projects, adhering to timelines, and upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise construction and maintenance teams on chilled water pipe line projects.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to streamline project execution.

Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a positive work environment.

Knowledge of Civil and Mechanical works in construction is a plus.

Key Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil/mech engineering or related field.

Proven experience (Min 3-4 yrs.) in project supervision.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.

UAE Valid Driving License (Manual) is a must.
