Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Site Supervisor role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates at BUILDWISE - Maintenance And Renovation Services. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance and renovation projects, coordinating with contractors and clients, ensuring quality control, and managing the site operations efficiently.
Qualifications
Project Management and Supervisory skills
Experience in construction, maintenance, or renovation industry
Knowledge of AC maintenance, electrical systems, and plumbing
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Health and Safety certifications are a plus
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
