Job Role:
The Site Supervisor will manage and oversee the day-to-day activities at interior fit-out project sites. The role involves supervising workers, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring work is done as per approved drawings, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise fit-out and finishing work on site
Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams
Ensure work is done as per drawings and deadlines
Monitor quality and safety on site
Handle daily site updates and reports
Manage labor and resolve site issues
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
5+ years of site supervision experience in interior fit-outs
Good knowledge of drawings, materials, and site execution
Strong leadership and communication skills
Basic MS Office & AutoCAD knowledge
UAE driving license is a plus
Work Conditions:
Based at project sites across the UAE
May require extended hours depending on project deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
