Site Supervisor - Interior Works
to manage our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out projects including joinery, gypsum works, MEP coordination, painting, flooring, and finishes.
Monitor project progress and ensure timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met.
Interpret and implement technical drawings and project plans on-site.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and Dubai Municipality regulations.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly site reports and progress updates.
Handle site-level decision-making and resolve technical issues on the ground.
Manage site resources including labor, tools, and materials efficiently.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor for interior fit-out projects in Dubai or the UAE.
Strong knowledge of interior detailing, fit-out methods, and finishing materials.
Familiarity with Dubai regulations, municipality approvals, and site safety protocols.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and using project documentation.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
UAE Driving License preferred.
Ability to join immediately or within short notice is a plus.
