skilled and experienced Interior Fit-Out Site Supervisor
to oversee and manage on-site activities for high-end
residential, commercial, and retail
fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of interior construction, ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Management
Supervise all aspects of interior fit-out works:
joinery, flooring, gypsum, painting, MEP coordination, and finishing.
Ensure work is executed in line with
approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate daily with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor site progress and provide daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with
Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other relevant authorities.
Quality Control & Workmanship
Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
Identify and rectify quality issues prior to handover.
Ensure finishing works (flooring, ceilings, painting, joinery, etc.) meet client expectations.
Material & Resource Management
Oversee material deliveries and ensure safe, organized on-site storage.
Monitor material usage to reduce waste and control costs.
Manage and supervise site labor for optimal productivity.
Coordination & Problem Solving
Collaborate with consultants, architects, and designers to resolve site-related issues.
Proactively identify potential challenges and mitigate delays.
Participate in site meetings and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in interior fit-out; at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Technical Knowledge:
Proficient in joinery, MEP coordination, gypsum, flooring, and painting.
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead and manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage.
Problem Solving:
Effective decision-making and troubleshooting under pressure.
