Role Overview:

The Interior Fit-out Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities related to interior fit-out works. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth progress of works.

Monitor progress against project schedules and report delays or issues to the Project Manager.

Conduct site inspections and ensure proper execution of carpentry, joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP coordination, and finishing works.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Check and verify delivered materials for quality and quantity as per project requirements.

Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Prepare daily site progress reports and submit them to management.

Liaise with consultants, clients, and project team for site instructions and clarifications.

Ensure proper housekeeping, waste management, and site organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (preferred).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out projects (retail, offices, hospitality, or residential).

Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, and construction details.

Familiar with reading and interpreting drawings (architectural, structural, and MEP).

Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Knowledge of health & safety regulations and site practices.

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and meet tight deadlines.

Skills Required:

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize site activities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of project management software is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

UAE driving license is added on advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
