Valid
UAE driving license
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum, MEP coordination, flooring, ceiling, and finishes.
Ability to manage subcontractors, labors, and suppliers independently.
Good communication & reporting skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all
interior fit-out works
at site.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, materials, and specifications.
Update company project management app daily without delay
with:
Site progress & work status (with photos).
Materials received & utilized.
Attendance of workers & subcontractors.
Any issues, delays, or variations.
Monitor quality, safety, and site compliance.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and designers.
Prepare daily reports and submit to management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
