Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily fit-out activities at site to ensure timely progress.
Coordinate with mall management, consultants, and clients for site permits and inspections.
Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper installation according to design.
Enforce site safety and cleanliness at all times.
Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years
experience as a
Site Supervisor
in
interior fit-out projects
.
Proven experience working within
malls and managed properties
in the UAE.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
UAE driving license required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
