Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities for residential, commercial, or hospitality fit-out projects.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are achieved.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
Conduct site inspections, resolve operational issues, and enforce safety protocols.
Oversee material deliveries and ensure proper handling.
Manage workforce allocation to optimize productivity.
Requirements
3-5 years' experience in site supervision for interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of finishing works is essential.
Knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and quality control.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Familiarity with Dubai authority approval processes (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DDA, etc.).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Diploma or technical certificate in construction/interior fit-out preferred.
UAE Driving License is an advantage.
