Site Supervisor
to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
Monitor and ensure quality control on-site, following project specifications and standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Attend site meetings and report progress to project managers.
Handle on-site troubleshooting and resolve any project-related issues.
Maintain proper site documentation and reports.
Requirements:
2-3 years of proven experience in interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of fit-out procedures, materials, and finishes.
Valid UAE driving license is
mandatory
.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
