Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all on-site interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and finishes.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution of work.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
Ensure materials and manpower are available on-site as per project schedule.
Maintain a clean and safe site environment, enforcing health and safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections and prepare site progress reports.
Resolve site issues promptly and escalate critical matters to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.
Assist in snagging, quality checks, and final project handover.
