Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Site Supervisor

to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in interior contracting, the ability to manage site teams, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure timely project delivery while upholding quality and safety standards. A

valid UAE driving license

is required for site mobility.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all site activities related to interior fit-out works including joinery, gypsum, painting, MEP coordination, and finishing. Ensure all work is completed according to design drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, designers, consultants, and subcontractors. Conduct daily site inspections and issue reports on progress, issues, and resolutions. Manage labor resources, materials, and site logistics effectively. Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed on-site at all times. Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges. Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Assist in snagging and de-snagging processes for project handover. Drive to multiple sites as needed across Dubai or other Emirates.

Requirements

Proven experience (3-5 years) as a

Site Supervisor

in the

interior fit-out industry

(residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail projects). Strong knowledge of

civil works

,

finishing materials

,

joinery

, and

MEP coordination

. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred). Proficient in reading technical drawings and AutoCAD layouts. Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Valid UAE driving license

is a must.
