Job Summary

The Site Supervisor (Interior Fit-Out) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities related to interior fit-out works. This includes ensuring that construction is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to design specifications and quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with contractors, designers, engineers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily site operations for interior fit-out projects, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishes. Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Plan and schedule manpower, materials, and subcontractors to achieve project targets. Conduct daily site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors to resolve technical or design issues. Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports, and communicate updates to management. Manage site documentation, including inspection requests, method statements, material submittals, and work permits. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and tools on-site. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Attend site meetings and support project handover and snag list completion.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. A minimum of 2 years' experience overseeing interior fit-out works in compliance with UAE standards and regulations. Strong technical knowledge of interior finishing materials, detailing, and construction methods. Familiarity with MEP coordination and site sequencing. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in reading technical drawings and using MS Office, AutoCAD, or project management tools. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
