Site Supervisor – Fit Out Turnkey Projects

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations on the site Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings and specs Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers Ensure health & safety compliance at all times Monitor progress and quality of work Report daily/weekly site updates and resolve any on-site issues Attend site meetings and client inspections
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Fit-Out/Interior projects Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good communication skills in English and Hindi Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Having UAE Driving License is plus point
