We are hiring for the

Site Supervisor

role for Dubai with minimum 2 years of experience required in the Interior Design Industry.

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities of interior design and fit-out projects. This role ensures that work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines while coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team. The Site Supervisor also ensures compliance with safety regulations and smooth execution of site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution. Quality & Safety Control Coordination & Communication Material & Resource Management Problem Solving & Issue Resolution

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in interior fit-out / furniture installation. Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, and material handling. Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and specifications. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Good communication and reporting skills.
