Requirements:
? Diploma/Degree (or equivalent)
? 2-4 years of experience in site supervision (marine or construction works preferred)
? Strong knowledge of HSE standards in marine environments
? Ability to read & interpret technical drawings and specifications
? Proficiency in MS Office & reporting tools
? Leadership, organizational & problem-solving skills
? Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise & coordinate daily site activities ensuring smooth project execution
- Lead site teams (helpers, technicians & subcontractors) for marine projects
- Monitor compliance with health, safety & environmental standards
- Manage manpower, equipment & materials efficiently
- Maintain site documentation (daily progress reports, timesheets, job cards)
- Conduct toolbox talks & safety briefings
- Coordinate with clients, consultants & management on site progress
- Provide technical support & ensure timely resolution of site challenges
- Maintain proper housekeeping & storage of tools/materials
