Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to
MEP installations, interior fit-out, tiling, and renovation works
.
Ensure that work progress aligns with
project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations
.
Coordinate with
subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and clients
to ensure smooth site operations.
Inspect ongoing works to confirm compliance with
technical specifications, drawings, and client expectations
.
Resolve on-site challenges and maintain workforce discipline and productivity.
Prepare and submit
daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
.
Implement and monitor
site safety protocols
; report any incidents or delays promptly.
Manage
procurement requests
, monitor material usage, and control stock levels.
Attend
client and site meetings
and maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3
years of experience
in site supervision within
fit-out, renovation, and MEP projects
.
Strong understanding of
MEP systems, interior finishing, and renovation practices
.
Proven ability to manage
subcontractors, technicians, and labor teams
effectively.
Excellent
leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
.
Valid UAE driving license
is mandatory.
