Oversee daily on?site execution, manage labor and subcontractors, and keep projects on schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise site works including but not limited to masonry, painting, electrical & and plumbing works
Conduct quality checks and safety audits
Liaise between design team and site crew
Maintain progress reports and material logs
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in fit?out or civil supervision
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficient in interpreting drawings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
