Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities at the site.
Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for material and manpower requirements.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and maintain proper documentation.
Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues that may arise during construction.
Enforce site safety regulations and ensure all workers adhere to HSE policies.
Assist the project manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
