Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of fit out works.
Interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements to guide subcontractors and skilled workers.
Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors, technicians, and suppliers on-site.
Ensure all interior works such as partitioning, ceilings, joinery, flooring, MEP coordination, and finishes are executed as per approved drawings and standards.
Project Coordination
Collaborate with Project Manager and Design teams to clarify plans and resolve on-site challenges.
Schedule material deliveries and ensure timely availability of resources on-site.
Participate in site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Report daily site progress and issues to the Project Manager.
Quality & Compliance
Enforce quality control procedures and ensure all workmanship is in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
Inspect materials and work to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality expectations.
Highlight and rectify any non-conformities in construction or finishing work. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct toolbox talks and briefings with site personnel to promote safety awareness. Monitor the proper use of PPE and safety equipment. Team & Labor Management.
Manage and supervise site labor force including carpenters, painters, electricians, and other trades.
Maintain discipline and resolve site-related personnel issues.
Assess productivity and ensure high efficiency from all teams.
