Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate daily site activities

, ensuring construction work progresses as per project plans and timelines.

Monitor and enforce safety protocols

and site regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

Inspect work quality and materials

, ensuring compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors

, and ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources.

Maintain daily site reports

, including work progress, labor attendance, and material usage.

Liaise with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders

to resolve on-site issues and communicate project updates.

Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment

required for uninterrupted site work.

Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings

, promoting awareness and adherence to health and safety practices.

Assist in site measurements and quantity take-offs

for billing and verification purposes.

Identify potential delays or issues

and report them promptly to project managers or engineers for timely resolution.

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

, including inspection logs, site instructions, and material receipts.

Support quality assurance and control processes

to meet required construction standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
