Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
Monitor manpower, material usage, and site progress
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Report daily/weekly progress to Project Engineer or Project Manager
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience
in site supervision in civil construction
Strong knowledge of site execution, RCC, finishing works, and safety standards
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
UAE experience preferred
