Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision:
Manage and oversee facade and aluminum installation activities in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and schedules.
Team Leadership:
Direct and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards.
Quality Control:
Monitor installation work to ensure adherence to company and industry standards; address and correct deviations promptly.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Enforce site safety policies, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
Material Management:
Supervise material deliveries, storage, and handling to prevent project delays and reduce wastage.
Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve site-related challenges in coordination with project managers, engineers, and clients.
Progress Reporting:
Maintain daily site logs and submit detailed progress and manpower reports to management.
Client & Consultant Coordination:
Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and consultants, managing communication and updates.
Documentation:
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all site records, including inspection reports, safety logs, and work checklists.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in facade and aluminum projects.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications; solid understanding of construction practices and sequencing.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong familiarity with facade and aluminum systems, installation techniques, and applicable codes/standards.
Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage site teams effectively under pressure.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
License:
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Certifications:
Additional training or certifications in site supervision, safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH), or construction management will be an advantage.
