Key Responsibilities
Project Supervision
Oversee day-to-day execution of aluminum and facade installation works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Team Management
Lead, supervise, and motivate site installation teams.
Allocate manpower and resources efficiently while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Quality Assurance
Monitor and inspect ongoing works to maintain high-quality standards.
Ensure correct use of specified materials and workmanship in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
Coordination and Communication
Act as the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
Problem Solving
Quickly identify and resolve on-site challenges to avoid delays and maintain workflow continuity.
Site Management
Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress, provide direction to workers, and maintain site organization and cleanliness.
Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and safe storage of materials required for aluminum and facade works.
Documentation
Maintain comprehensive records of daily site activities, material usage, inspections, incidents, and project milestones.
Safety Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites.
Enforce the use of PPE and other safety measures by all workers.
Budget and Cost Control
Assist in monitoring site expenditures to ensure project stays within allocated budgets.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminum and facade works.
At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity handling site teams directly.
Experience with both commercial and residential projects preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of aluminum systems, glass installations, curtain walls, and facade construction methods.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, project specifications, and structural plans.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic project management software.
Leadership & Communication:
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and site teams.
Licenses:
Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
