Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced
Site Supervisor
with a strong background in
aluminum and facade installations
. The ideal candidate must have a
valid UAE driving license
and a proven track record in overseeing site operations, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with teams and stakeholders. This position plays a key role in managing project execution across commercial and residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision:
Oversee daily site activities related to
aluminum, glass, curtain wall, cladding, and facade works
to ensure quality and timely execution.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and guide on-site installation crews; assign tasks and ensure efficient labor management.
Quality Control:
Inspect materials, installation quality, and finishes to ensure they meet project specifications and industry standards.
Project Coordination:
Liaise with
project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
to ensure smooth operations.
Technical Oversight:
Interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and installation manuals to direct site activities accurately.
Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve site-related problems and delays in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Site Safety:
Enforce site health and safety standards; ensure PPE use and adherence to safety regulations.
Progress Reporting:
Maintain site records, material usage logs, daily progress reports, and submit documentation to the management team.
Materials Management:
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material delivery and proper storage on-site.
Cost Monitoring:
Support in tracking labor and material costs to help control project budgets.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the
facade, aluminum, or glazing sector
, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
Experience with
glass curtain walls, ACP cladding, spider systems, and architectural glazing
preferred.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's in
Civil Engineering
,
Construction Management
, or a related technical field (preferred).
Skills:
Ability to read and interpret
architectural and structural drawings
.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic
project coordination tools
.
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities.
