Key Responsibilities
On-Site Management
Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to facade and aluminum installations.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Team Supervision
Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
Maintain effective communication and ensure smooth workflow across all site disciplines.
Quality Assurance
Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
Ensure all completed works meet project requirements and industry standards.
Health & Safety
Enforce strict compliance with HSE regulations.
Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure safe working conditions at all times.
Material Management
Oversee delivery, handling, and storage of materials.
Ensure materials meet quality expectations and are available as needed for site execution.
Problem Resolution
Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
Coordinate with project managers and relevant stakeholders to avoid delays.
Progress Monitoring
Track daily progress and maintain accurate site logs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports as required.
Client Interaction
Maintain regular communication with clients and project managers.
Provide updates on site progress and address any concerns professionally.
Documentation
Maintain accurate records including work orders, inspection reports, safety documentation, and site reports.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in facade and aluminum projects.
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management tools.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of facade and aluminum systems, installation techniques, and industry standards.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate on-site teams effectively.
Communication Skills:
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
Driving License:
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Nationality:
Preference for candidates from the Philippines.
Problem-Solving:
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving site issues.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in construction supervision or site management are an added advantage.
