Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site activities for facade and aluminum works.
Lead, coordinate, and motivate site teams and subcontractors.
Ensure quality standards and HSE compliance.
Monitor material handling, progress, and daily site operations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate site documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in facade & aluminum projects in UAE/GCC.
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Strong knowledge of facade/aluminum systems and installation techniques.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Valid UAE driving license.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
