Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Management:
Supervise all on-site activities related to facade and aluminum works, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
Team Leadership:
Direct, coordinate, and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and laborers for smooth project execution.
Quality Control:
Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures to ensure installations meet project and industry standards.
Health & Safety:
Enforce HSE policies, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
Material Handling:
Oversee delivery, storage, and proper utilization of facade and aluminum materials.
Problem-Solving:
Quickly identify and resolve technical or site-related issues to prevent delays.
Progress Monitoring:
Maintain daily logs, track site progress, and report variances to the Project Manager.
Client & Consultant Coordination:
Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing progress updates and resolving site concerns.
Documentation:
Ensure accurate and up-to-date site records, including work orders, safety checklists, and inspection reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in facade and aluminum projects within the UAE/GCC.
Education:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of facade and aluminum systems, installation techniques, and materials.
Software Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other construction management tools.
Leadership Abilities:
Proven experience in leading, guiding, and motivating site teams.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
License:
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in site supervision or construction management preferred.
Problem-Solving:
Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach to site challenges.
